Capture Czech glass drop cabochons with bead embroidery and peyote stitch. Learn the basics of bead embroidery including adhesives for stones, foundations, backings and finishing edges.

A complete kit to create your very own pair of Rain Drop Earrings.  These easy to wear classic drop earrings are made using bead embroidery and bead weaving techniques.  They are a perfect introduction to someone who has not previously tried bead embroidery but is keen to learn the basic techniques including, gluing, bezelling a stone with peyote stitch, adding backing and finishing edges with a professional look.

Materials in your kit  

• 2 x Czech Glass Drop Cabochons
• 2 x Czech Glass Flowers
• Size 15 seed beads
• Size 11 Delica Beads
• Size 8 Seed Beads
• Felt Foundation
• Ultrasuede
• Fish Hook Earring Findings

Your Own Tools Required - not included in the kit

• Thread Burner for cutting and burning ends of thread off.
• Beading Thread Fireline, One G or Hana.
• Sharp scissors for trimming thread.
• Glue E6000
• Needles, for this project I prefer a size 11 or 12 beading needle.
• Beading Mat/tray, I like the soft fuzzy foam ones.
• Beading Light and Magnification if required
